|Black or white Pepper, Ground||g||30|
|Cheddar Cheese||Grate||g||300||Animal milk|
- Boil carrots, potato and onion in vegetable stock for about 30 minutes or until soft.
- Add coriander and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Adjust salt and pepper. Blend soup and serve topped with grated cheese.
