Watercress, boiled, microwaved or steamed drained

Method

  1. Mix all the slice ingredients together well. Press into lightly greased slice trays.
  2. In a separate bowl sift icing sugar. Add the melted butter and lemon juice and mix well.
  3. Gradually add the very hot water, small amounts at a time until you achieve a smooth
  4. Refrigerate for a few hours until well set.
  5. Cut into fingers or squares.
