Method
- Mix all the slice ingredients together well. Press into lightly greased slice trays.
- In a separate bowl sift icing sugar. Add the melted butter and lemon juice and mix well.
- Gradually add the very hot water, small amounts at a time until you achieve a smooth
- Refrigerate for a few hours until well set.
- Cut into fingers or squares.
