06 Jun SoupedUp June updates
June has arrived signalling a change in the weather and that 2019 is almost half gone! At SoupedUp we have a lot going on this coming month and are very excited to start introducing some of the content we have been hard at work preparing so far this year.
Keep an eye out on social media and on our website throughout June for our SoupedUp Training bites. The bites are a video series of small vignettes of our training module containing tips and tricks and giving a glimpse of what SoupedUp Training has to offer.
We have just completed a series of IDDSI videos filmed with our good friends at Nutritious Cuisine. These new videos show a practical application of the IDDSI framework as Rodger Graf, Managing Sirector and Founder of Nutritious Cuisine, guides us through how to create and prepare a range of texture modified meals. These online videos break down how IDDSI will make an impact on aged care kitchens and can even serve as menu inspiration.
June is also Alzheimer’s and brain awareness month. Wear purple this month and share the tag #ENDALZ to show your support for those who live with Alzheimer’s. You can also get involved in or host a Longest Day fundraising event during the solstice on the 21st.
Finally, for our friends in the UK, we will be attending the Residential and Home Care Show on the 26th and 27th of June. The show runs as part of Health Plus Care and you’ll be able to find us at stand D22 to answer all your questions and demo our fantastic software solutions. Visit us to go into the running to win a voucher to the value of £80 to the iconic Granger & Co.
