Rice Pudding



Method

  1. Place the rice with ground cardamom pods in a saucepan and add the milk and bring to the boil stirring continuously. Reduce heat to medium and cook until rice is tender and mixture is thick and creamy.

  2. Add the sugar and rose essence and cook for an extra 2 minutes.

  3. Chill and serve cold, garnished with the nuts.
